For want of a nail the shoe was lost.
For want of a shoe the horse was lost.
For want of a horse the rider was lost.
For want of a rider the message was lost.
For want of a message the battle was lost.
For want of a battle the kingdom was lost.
And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.

God is Lord of lords, King of kings. He is above all and is supreme! His sovereignty gives me peace knowing everything is in control. He is the authority. He is the author. God has created all things and is the owner of all things. He has rights to everything he has created which means he can do anything he pleases. God is God BECAUSE he is sovereign.

God doesn’t have to worry about a horseshoe nail messing up his plans. There is nothing that can impede the sovereign will of God! Nothing!

The LORD has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all. – Psalm 103:19

The LORD of hosts has sworn, “As I have planned, so it shall be, and as I have purposed, so it shall stand.” – Isaiah 14:24
